The program of medical rehabilitation and restorative treatment of Ukrainian citizens who suffered from the Nazis during the Second World War

    The program was created to fulfill the honorable duty - to pay tribute to people who have undergone the horrors of the Second World War, the people to whom we owe our existence.

Charitable organization "Kharkov Samaritans" in cooperation with the German Foundation "Remembrance, Responsibility and Future", with the support of the Union Samaritans stole HN, International public organization "International Fund" mutual understanding and tolerance of, "with funds provided by the German railway" Deutsche Bahn AG ", in the period 2011-2012  had a medical and social program for the rehabilitation of victims of Nazi persecution living in Ukraine. in terms of these individuals included former prisoners of concentration camps and ghettos, forced laborers in industry and agriculture and born in captivity. was reached goal on the implementation of socio-medical support and social protection to victims of-way to ensure a 12-day course of spa treatments. The program also included conducting at the sanatorium "Grove" practical part of the training for the care of the elderly volunteers from among the relatives of the wards and medical students Kharkiv -skih schools, the Kharkiv city center volunteers.

Results of the program: for the period was improved through more than 350 people - victims of Nazi persecution living in different regions of Ukraine.
